Top level of cabinet functions as a family size buffet server - four 2.6 qt. chafing pans; clear polycarbonate lids with utensil slots included. 2.6 qt. pans hold up to 25 four oz. servings. Stainless steel chafing pan holder conserves heat & keeps pans aligned on top warming surface. Lower cabinet may be used as a plate / food warmer - holds up to 12 large plates! (plates not included). Two adjustable thermostats (one per level): 155° to 205° F. Commercial quality as used in leading hotels. Top level is 27-5/8" x14" stainless warming surface. Patent Pending.
