Ideal for entertaining during any special event, this three-section buffet and warming-tray unit offers an array of conveniences. The buffet warmer keeps main courses, side dishes, or desserts at a warm serving temperature. Its three, individual, stainless, 2.5-qt. chafing dishes hold twenty 4-oz. servings each, and come with matching clear PC (polycarbonate) lids that lift easily thanks to the indentations on top. The chafing dishes fit inside the unit's pan holder, which can be removed for using the base as a stand-alone warming tray. The warming tray provides a durable stainless-steel heating surface and three variable heat controls (low, medium, and high) that range from 130 to 185 degrees F.Features:The main serving unit is 7.5-qt. with stainless steel construction and cast aluminum handles can be used with the heated buffet base or as a standalone oven or stove-top safe unit.3 separate 2.5-qt. tray inserts with lids fit inside the main unit for serving a greater variety of dishes.The unit can also be used a flat, traditional warming tray.The adjustable temperature control heats the unit from 135-185 degrees F.
