The only problem at this point is that when I unboxed and set it up, it was on a plane. The box it came in was pretty beat up, so that would have a rough idea. But I was hosting a small cocktail party as two days after I received, I thought that only flattened and with a box of matches. It worked wonderfully, but! I was very happy with the way in which they burn the food warm without drying or burning on hold.
