This Double Decker 2 Station Buffet & Warming Tray server is great for entertaining at any special event. With the buffet warmer, your main courses, side dishes or desserts will stay warm. It comes with two individual stainless steel chafing dishes which hold 3.75 quarts. Each dish comes with clear dome PC lids. Each stainless steel chafing dish fits inside the pan holder, which can be removed so you can use the stainless steel warming tray alone. The stainless steel heating surface is durable and easy to clean. The warming tray has two cool-touch handles, four non-stick feet that offer stability, and three variable heat controls (low, medium, high).

I have many Viking appliances, so I knew that, although expensive, would be the induction burner a good product. It's fantastic. It looks and feels like a quality product and it works perfectly. I agree with the other guests who streamed on the burner. I only use the stove if I'm cooking two things at once. The food is boiled at once, cook quickly, and once the device is switched off, it's cool now a great success for the property from us without air conditioning.I like the energy efficiency of it, too. I can not real food on the stove to cook much faster than I could fake a food oven.

One caveat: the burner only works on iron pan with enough magnetism to generate heat generated. I must also buy an additional pots and pans, because Switzerland is not working is my dear. I have had good success with the brand Maubiel of pots and pans. Search for "induction ready" pans.
